Lexicon MILE, Pune offers a 2 year PGDM course of the duration of 2 year. PGDM is offered in four specialisations, including Marketing, Finance, Research, Business Analytics, and Human Resources. The admission in the PGDM course is based on the candidate's performance in CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT score followed by Group Discussion and Panel Interview. 

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks to apply in the PGDM course. 

Eligibility

• Candidates who have a bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA (Open Category) & 45% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA (Reserved Category) in any discipline from a University are eligible for the course.
•  If candidates appearing for the final year of graduation are also eligible to fill the application form in your admission year.

Selection Process

• The selection to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management program is purely based on performance in CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT score followed by Group Discussion and Panel Interview. 
• The Group Discussion and Panel Interview are integral components of the admission process. 
• The final selection is based on the past academic achievements and work experience respectively apart from the above-mentioned parameters.

Global MBA offers a specialization in Finance, Marketing, Operations and Human Resources.. Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks are eligible for the course. The admission in the course is based on the CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT score card followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. 

Eligibility

• Bachelor's in any field with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
• Work experience with minimum of four years / Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership & Excellence Aptitude Test
• Candidates should have a Valid Passport.
• The score of one of the Entrance Exams: CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT.

Lexicon MILE, Pune also offers a 2 year International MBA course and MS programs in collaboration with University of New Haven, USA. International MBA offers a specialization into two parts STEM and non-STEM. STEM includes Business Operation and supply chain Management, Human Resource Management, Finance Management, Strategic Leadership and Non STEM includes Data Analytics, Financial Analysis and Digital Marketing.

Eligibility

• B. E. / B. Tech. or any Bachelor from NAAC Accredited University with a minimum aggregate of 60%
• Valid Passport
• The score of one of the Entrance Exams: CAT / XAT / CMAT / MAT / GMAT
• IELTS overall 6.5 and no band below 6.0 on the scale of 9 or equivalent.
• GRE Verbal 150 and QA 153.
