GNIT B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The college fee is 120000 annually .The students who are joined through convener quota(emcet entrance exam) they get 35k scholarship for sc,st,bc students.The students who are sc and st they get full fee reimbursement.the students who get below 10k rank get the full fee reimbursement.The students who joined through the management they need to pay full fee and a donation fee .

The fee structure for(General Category) B.tech in Cyber Security is: 1st Year- Rs. 1,71,950 (Sem 1: Rs. 101125, Sem 2: Rs. 70825) 2nd Year- Rs. 1,59,650 (Sem 3 = Sem 4: Rs. 79825) 3rd Year- Rs. 1,59,650 (Sem 5 = Sem 6 : Rs. 79825) 4th Year- Rs. 1,60,650 (Sem 7 = Sem 8 : Rs. 80325) I am recieving a scholarship of Rs. 60,000 by SVMCM Scholarship

The year wise payment depends, like in 2nd sem, it's 76075,but in 3rd sem, like it's 73075,in this way, but above 70000 per sem. Also scholarship is available (SVMCM), where we got per year 60000 and in total 240000.They also take 10000 as a caution fees.

So in the first sem I paid 80000 but after that I paid 42k-48k every semester I don't remember the exact fee but overall I'm gonna pay 4lakh during this 4 years of time it include everything like caution fee and every stuff,this 4 lakh is the final price but yehh I had to pay 1200 rs exam fee before every sem exam so that was extra money I had to pay.i'm not from West Bengal so I didn't get any scholarship but all the other friend of mine who is from WB applied for scholarship and they had to pay alot less amount than mine ,they never revealed it to me nd I was also not interested but yeh I will highly recommend you to apply for scholarship provided by the west bengal government. I also asked to my juniors about the current fee and they told me that fee has increased alot,I enrolled in 2021 so u can expect 5lakh for the 4year.

Year wise fees will be arround 125000. Our caution fees is 10000. Other compulsory charges is exam fees for every semester which is 1000 and also there is charges for online courses which is compulsory to pass the exam.

The fees for the 4 years course is 475000 approx. The stucture is semester wise, each semester requiring 50000 to 55000. Thus, yearly it is around 1.5 lacs. Tuition fee waiver is available for higher ranks in entrances like JEE mains or WBJEE, in that case the fees is minimal

At first I submitted around 85k which includes the tution fees for 1st semester(around 41k) and many other fees like fees for library books and many other. In the 1st year the per semester fees will be around 41k and it will be increase gradually as you get promoted from 1st year to 2nd year and so on.

That maybe the biggest con of this college. Our batch faced a massive hike in fee after starting the course during second semester. Fee increased by 50000 suddenly, which is atrocious! This kind of sudden hike is not acceptable, not every family have same kind of financial situation and this may lead to problems in continuing a student's education if this kind of hike continues to occur! There are student loans issued by banks and governments, also many scholarships available but many times few students may not be applicable for these facilities which is really unfair because if the college is deciding for a sudden hike, they should also provide scholarships! But they don't for CSE students, other departments do get some kind of scholarship, which is again really unfair

There is a sudden hike in the fees structure. Our 4 years course is of total 6lakhs. But there is the availability of several scholarships out of which the most common is the swami vivekananda scholarship.

The fee structure is 1.38 lakhs per year. It provides a huge opportunity for campus placement in various companies including Maruti, Larson and Tubro, etc. The college also provides opportunities for internship for the students so that they may get practical skills in their field.
