SCD Government College Ludhiana Faculty

The faculty at the college is highly qualified, with most holding Ph.D. degrees and many possessing Master's degrees. There are more than 100 faculty members across various departments. While most faculty members are supportive, cooperative, and strive to enhance students' learning, some are noted to have inadequate subject knowledge and lack regularity.

The student-to-faculty ratio is approximately 1:50, and teachers are generally approachable, offering mentorship and support both during and outside class hours. Course exams are conducted twice per semester, with a mid-semester test and a final exam. Despite some management issues and a lack of extracurricular activities, the faculty's dedication to student development and teaching methods is widely appreciated.
