RVSCAS Faculty

The college boasts a well-qualified and friendly faculty, consisting of approximately 120 lecturers, many of whom have industry training and advanced degrees, including doctorates. Each department has at least 20 staff members, ensuring personalized attention and support. The faculty is known for motivating students and maintaining a friendly, approachable attitude, fostering open communication and a positive learning environment.

They effectively utilize digital tools like projectors and PowerPoint presentations in their teaching and provide practical scenarios to enhance student understanding. Although some staff members can be strict or exhibit rude behavior, the majority are supportive, knowledgeable, and actively encourage both academic and extracurricular activities. The Bachelor of Business Administration program is particularly praised for its focus on analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
