national pg college exclusive report

Likes

Teachers were very helpful and supportive.
The resources availed by the college were really appreciable.

Dislikes

Co curricular activities were missing in the college.
More focus on sports activities should be there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was made very thorough. It relates to the practical aspects of the subject and the practical application of the knowledge can be easily utilised. Exams were held twice in a year. The questions asked were tough starting from the lower order thinking skills to the higher order thinking skills.

The Experience of National Post Graduate College

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I am preparing for Staff Selection Commission. Our college offers many subjects in BA like Geography, Pol Science, Education, Sociology, English, Hindi, Anthropology, etc. There are about 600 students in the per subject of BA Faculty. The teachers are very Knowledgeable and Helpful. The teaching method of Teachers is very good. There is always the conduction of tests in classes for checking the growth of students. There are two semesters of exams in a course with a gap period of 6 months. The semester exam is very hard. You have to write properly with good content in semesters. 70 marks are allotted for Theory and 30 marks are allotted for Internal Assessments of Students like Practical, Viva, Assignments, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because I wanted to prepare for civil services. The college also provides free civil services classes in the geography department. The faculty-student ratio is decent. And more and more attention is given to each student individually. Most faculty members are highly qualified to have Ph.D. degrees and they are so soft-spoken and encourage students in their preparation and help in the development of overall personality. Teachers are easy to reach and will give you the best advice. Too many tests and exams occur frequently. Unit tests, assignments, internals, viva, and many more surprise tests sometimes become hectic but it helps for semester exams, so it's worth it. The exam pattern was moderate but the pattern became easier to pass post covid. There are two long questions from each unit and 5 short questions asked in the semester exams. The choice is also given in the long questions. One has to attempt 4 out of 8 long questions. Results are published timely and mark sheets are provided

Course Curriculum Overview:

Courses offered here are teched by professional professors and teachers who are well trained, our professor are Ph.D. holders and we have 2 unit test after every 2 months then comes the main semester exam, it's easy to pass as I'm regular in my classes and do regular studies at home

Fee Structure And Facilities:

Fees in national PG college is normal because it is government college there were many middle class family children's studies here the minimum fees is 6000 in BA courses mostly people's are thinking that the admission on the basis of college fee but npgc is very nice
