To get admission in this college,it was really easy, all I had to do was apply to the college by filling the application form, once that was done the college would rank the students on the basis of the marks score in grade 12th, and those students were called for an interview.
Overall, the journey here is amazing. The college is 24 into 7 under the CCTV surveillance for better security of all of the girls. Overall, a good learning experience for me. The college also focuses on gaining more knowledge.
The positive remark of the college is the availability of hostel, library and computer lab for all of the women who want to take good education. Also there are Wi-Fi enabled campuses. The college is 24 into 7 under the CCTV surveillance for better security of all of the girls.
The college promotes a BA degree and helps them to pursue different subjects in such a less amount of fee. The college provides all the modern facilities to a student so that, she can learn and make her future bright. Teachers are very helpful and supportive.
This college is very much strict when it comes about rules and regulations. There is a time limit for using mobile phones too inside the hostel. But there are several places where you can spend your time enhancing your personality.
There were total I guess 900 seats for UG courses. Thus competition rate was heavy for getting admission here. And everything was depended upon our 12th boards marks. Even My sister had her UG degree from here
I wanted to enter Malda Women's College, so I filled out the application form first, which is available on the college website and when the merit list was published, I went through the documentation process. Usually the online application will start in June and the merit list will be published by the end of June. Admission begins June 24 or 25.
The admission procedure takes up to 3 months to complete! You have to apply in May after the board results are up- you can apply only if you have secured 45% and above in your 10+2. The merit list comes out and counselling happens in June. The classes start in July.
The 3 years in Malda Women's College opened my eyes to what the world is like! It opened my mind to new forms of literature and authors, poetry, and prose. And I know for a fact that I will look back at these years fondly.
