University College of Engineering, Kakatiya University Warangal Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The highest package last year is 14 lakhs per annum. The average package is in between 5 to 6 lakhs. The placements are organized by the college management as they maintain contacts with the recruiters. The companies like Dell, Cognizant ,TCS etc are top recruiters. Almost 75 percent of the students get placed in campus placements. We are trained from third year for our course for the interview process.

The college management is similar to that of the Government of India. Very sloppy. Take time for everything. Even a small thing that takes a few minutes is postponed for days. The college being in a remote area had problems with accessibility.

It is located in remote area, the transportation is bad only one route by train and the other way is to go by bus, still more comfortable in train faculty was not available that time, I am not sure whether it is improved now.

EAMCET, I Chose Electrical and Electrical Engineering because i was good at physics and it has a high scope of research.

College is good interms of the syllabus and interms of the Faculty it is very very poor.Permanent staff may get appointed in the future but we donot know when if you consider your economical status we can go for the college as it is almost free because it
