What is the minimum requirement to be placed through OUTR?

One must have scored higher than 60% aggregate in their 10+2 or equivalent education, should not have any active backlogs in the semester they choose to sit for placements, must have done relevant internships, and have an average of 7-7.5 CGPA uptill the semester in which they sit for placements.

What are the institutional shortcomings of OUTR?

The shuttle services are a mandatory payment. There is an examination re-checking fee. Some students have reported the infrastructure of the hostel buildings to be outdated.

1st years fees will be 45k including the registration fees. 2nd year onwards yearly fees would be nearly 35k. Students can apply for govt scholarship if eligible. Otherwise if students secure more than 8.5 cgpa in even semester college scholarship worth 10k will be provided yearly

My batchmates fees do vary as many of them are SC or General. There are numerous scholarships like SBI Kanya kalyan or OUTR merit or State scholarship or Yashasvi or Kotak mahindra etc and many more girl student oriented schemes and programmes.

My batchmates also paid the same except for some as they had reservation categories they had to pay only Rs 5000 for councelling. Firstly I appeared for JEE mains got through it then applied for seat allocation in ojee , got the seat desired then accepted it. There are various scholarships like Yashasvi, State Scholarship, OUTR merit scholarship,etc.

Placement is quite effective like more than 95% as it is the leading University in the state. The curriculum is quite industry ready and beneficial in day to day life.
Things i liked were the affordability of the course then the variance in teaching methodologies.

Dislikes

Things which i don't like are the frequency of assignments quiz projects presentations etc. Journals are quite a copy paste thing.
The classes are held in fix corporate timing 9 to 5 . Mentorship and GUidance is not that much effective engaging or involving.

Campus is still under development but is nice and huge. The curriculum is quite helpful in personality growth in both academics and cocurricular wise.

The year wise fees is approx Rs 45000. THe detailed break up is Rs 10000 for OJEE and Rs 35400 is for admission registration. My batchmates fees is quite varying as some are SC ST . So they had to pay Rs 5000 only to OJEE. Some of the main scholarships are OUTR merit Scholarship, Yashasvi, State Scholarship, etc.
