Dislikes

College should focus more on the placements right from 3-2.

Placement Experience:

From the final year, students become eligible for campus placements. Capgemini, SYNTEL, COGNIZANT, EMPHASIS, AND various other means visited our college. The highest package offered at that point in time was 3.5lpa. 60% of the students were placed. I joined an mnc company right after completing my degree.

My Review of CMREC

Likes

I really like the support we get from faculty.
I like all the fests conducted in our college.
I like that the training for placements has started from 1st year itself.

Dislikes

I dont like prices of food in the canteen.
I think there should be more activities for students so they can come and overcome there fear.
I think they should put more functional equipments in the labs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course cause of my interest in the ECE field. This college supports students in doing real-time projects and the faculty is highly educated and very supportive. All the faculty are mostly professors done their Ph.D. and their teaching methods are very effective there will be a total 8 semesters and 2 semesters per year and 2 midterms for each semester and they are from moderate to difficult to pass but it will be not so difficult with the help of faculty.

In our college there is no gender discrimination
To improve our communication skills they introduced communication labs
Girls are too beautiful and many of them are rich kids

Dislikes

In our communication skills lab uniform must
Even if labs aren't there we must wear shoes
Total 7 periods a day , it's better to reduce one period

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very much interested in CSM(AI & ML) because we are the first batch to graduate with a certificate of CSM and if you ask faculty are also new to this course so it depends on our interest in learning. coming to the course during the COVID period I'm really interested in hacking games so I started to learn a lot now it's our core subject's syllabus and it is easy for me so, there is no difficulty in passing the test.

Good skill development cell, where they provide various courses

Dislikes

All the branches should get equal number of placements
Job packages that we get should be improved

Placement Experience:

In the fourth year ie in the 7th semester, students of all branches are eligible to get placements. Major companies like TCS, Accenture, CapGemini, Wipro etc. visit our campus. The highest package will be around 10 lpa and the minimum is 3.5 lpa. 60% of the students get placed.

Likes

I like the canteen in our college we have delicious food in the college food court.
I like our college library because we have a lot of availability for thousands of books.

Dislikes

The cost of food at food court is so expensive

I choose this course through TSECET counseling as a diploma student I have to appear at TSECET I'm qualified TSECET and I went through counseling and I got into This college Through TSECET Counseling. Here we have a student ratio of 10:1 for each 10 students we have a faculty named as a mentor who takes care of the students allotted to him.

The environment in our college was very good. All the faculty members support us alot.
They encourage us in all the acitivites and motivates to participate.
This is the place where we get knowledge and enjoyment.

Dislikes

Some of the faculty members may not be that good.
some equipments in the college are not so good.
That's it there are not much cons about the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen computer science and engineering as I was interested in that course. The faculty members mostly completed their Mtech and Ph.D. And it was really so excellent. And coming to exams how better we prepare for the exams and that easy to pass exams.

Infra structure of the college was good and enough
in the college students are given good importance for sports
in the college per every they used to conduct events like technical and non technical

Dislikes

faculty were lack of subject knowledge which may loose interesr

The course curriculum was good enough when the time I studied but there may be changes in the course curriculum because after covid there have been so many changes in day-to-day life. During my Btech the faculty was very interactive and some of the faculty lack of their subject knowledge due to that some of the students used to lose their subject.
