Islamiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore was established by the Islamic Mission of India (Regd.) in 1979. The college is a prestigious muslim minority institution. The Institute has a huge campus  of  over 32 acres located in a scenic locale in Bangalore. The college is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University.
