The faculty at this college are highly qualified with master's and PhD degrees, possessing strong expertise in their respective subjects. The mechanical engineering department is highlighted as particularly strong, especially the faculty for automobile and mechanics. However, there is a noted issue with the current mathematics faculty, as they are deemed incompatible for B.Tech level teaching, taking an entire lecture to solve a single question. Overall, the older faculties are regarded as superior compared to the current ones.
