From 6 th semester the placement will be started for the students and all kind of mnc will be there for the placement and coding language is must for the students if they are good at their knowledge they can definitely get the job

Placements are good they provide campus from the 6th semester and some top-tier companies are visited and the average package offered is 3,50000. out of 100, up to 65 percent of students get placed. I want to study MS in a foreign country

From Semester five they will conduct exams so interested students can write but in the fifth semester mostly there will be interviews for internships. It is not so easy to crack it will be just like a job internship there will be so many rounds u have to clear all those rounds. But mostly the placement exams will be conducted for the final. Year students that are on their sixth semester but some people will be placed in the pre final year itself. Companys like amazon, Microsoft, intel etc will come for on campus placements and I have recently attended the fidelity company pre internship exam in that for the first round it is verbal and in the second round there will be technical questions where these two rounds will be MCQ s only and for the third round they will give us two coding questions and for the last round there will be two questions where we have to write algorithms. And people who are selected in this they will be called for an interview where there will ask technical questions and coding.

Students from the 7th semester and above are eligible for campus placements. The top companies that visit our college during the campus placements are GE Digital, IBM, Google, TATA, Indian Oil, ITC Limited and Reliance. The highest package offered is 41.5 lakhs per annum and the lowest average package offered is 4.07 lakhs per annum. The academic excellence at the SRM Engineering College is reflected in its student's exemplary record in placements in the corporate and engineering sectors. Around 90-93% of the total students who are sitting for placements get placed during the campus placements.

Most of the students of our college got placed in product based or service based company according to their skills and knowledge in all over the field. The highest package can go up to 42 lacs but yeah some companies take mass recruitment at a very low salary. I after getting a degree want to be placed with a good package and then after some years will start my own start up.

From 8th-semester students get eligible for placements. Companies like Amazon, CISCO, DBS, SAP Labs, HSBC Google, Goldman Sachs, Directi, Microsoft and so on. Microsoft recruited a student with a package of Rs. 38.5 lakhs per annum. Average package is of 4-6Lakhs. Above 90% of students get placed. To get a decent job.

Little partiality with North students. Faculty talk in local language with the Tamil students.

Need to have good quality teacher so that the shape the student accordingly and kickout the teacher who have near to zero practical knowledge
