The financial help is the one of good digital gujarat scholarships that helps us as financially.
Professor are very good in terms of their lectures and teaching methods.
I like the hostel facilities of my college because it is very cheap.

Computer departments dew faculty are very rude , acts very aggressive.
Computer department HOD is not supportive for the students, behavior is very rude.
Hostel facility very bad in college in both hostel .

Gec Rajkot is good engineering College

Likes

Government engineering College Rajkot has very nice infrastructure.
Engineering equipment and lab equipment is good for students knowledge.
It has good and highly enbisius staff and faculty.

Dislikes

Due to college away from city the transportation is nagative point
Also the mess food is not good so it is negative point
Also the lack of staff in some department is dislike point.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Mechanical engineering is a core branch of engineering and Gec Rajkot has a one and only NBA certification. Also, the faculty members of the department and head are highly hard full for students in the government engineering College RAJKOT.

I brief review about GEC, Rajkot 2023

Likes

I like the environment since is the green campus the air is very clear and you’ll really feel peace.
The faculties are good in nature and supports you if you ask questions.
The placements are good 99% of the students get placed.

Dislikes

The don’t like the water cooler facility, the water tastes bad and seems like it isn’t maintained
The sports facility is not good too even though they organise events for sports but don’t have necessary equipments for it
Since it is far away from the city area you will have to go for at least 9-10 km by bus or car to purchase stuff..

Placement Experience:

From 6 sem students become eligible for placements, after asking with seniors the no of offers made is 6-7 for 6th sem B.E Highest package is 7lakh/yr according to data. Almost every student gets placed I say 99% of the students get placement. I'll go to foreign after getting the degree.

Placement Experience:

Student become eligible for placement from 6th semester Thera are multi national company like adani powe ,reliance industries tata , tcs, etc are major companies for getting placement. Highest package is 100000 in electrical department and average is 600000.the persentage of placement is 70%for students

Good campus and structure and design of campus is very.
Faculty are also ready to help students. In all field they support us.
Placement of our college is very good. Student are paced at high package in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very good and the faculty members are also good. Faculty members are always supportive of students at all times in all fields. all faculty members are well qualified and have a brief knowledge of bot subjects. In one year we have two semesters. One semester is of 6 months. We have 2 exams per semester, one is a mindsem and the other is a University exam.

Faculties and stafff members , college environment
College infrastructure and well situated college environment

Dislikes

Location its very hard to live at hostel beacuse local rates are too high of transportation and for small things you have to run to city
Hostel mess because its not working regularly and are of very low quality

Placement Experience:

Placement here is okay. Different branches have different placement cells and all are working hardly to have placements of students. Companies like Reliance, infotech, TCS, and other local companies of Rajkot came. The highest package offered till now is 12LPA and the lowest is 1.50LPA.
