PIET Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I am a BTech student so I can do coding in python language in c++ and many more Our faculty members are also very great and they are motivated me so i can be successful in my life. My exams are semester vise so I give exams 8 times and then graduate.

From the 7th semester, some students got the campus placement and At end of the 8th semester, Few more students got good jobs from our college campus and from off campus also, students get an average package of 5.35 lac approx. And approx. 40% of students got placement either campus or off-campus placement. After getting a degree i want to do mba and get placed in a reputed company.

From the end of the 6th-semester students became eligible for campus placements and start to prepare for their joining also as some companies started to visit there for selecting the students for their companies. Many big as well as small companies had visited there. But only those students got placements that have some extra skills and who passed their testing criteria and interview taken by them. In the campus placements, I think the average package was around 4.8 lac that year. And around only 45percent of students got placement that year from the campus and also outside the campus. Few students opted for their further studies to get more packages at all. As I opted for further studies I first got the degree from piet and after that, I completed PG after that I joined a reputed company on my study basis.

Initially I joined USICT, IPU but I didn't like the atmosphere of the college. So I took an year's drop and joined PIET as it is a renowned college in Haryana, also, I felt it would be convenient to join a college in my city in the covid times. I took reference from the college website and called the management directly for admission purpose.

I choose B. Tech cse because I even have an interest in coding and exploring different technology-related fields and second is career options are widely available. the school and student ratio is extremely impressive as compared to a different college. there are approx 2 faculty per subject for a category of 40 students the school is extremely well qualified with an excellent teaching experience. there are timely exams including 3 sessional exams with one semester exams for every semester these exams are of an honest difficulty level

You will be eligible from the 3rd semester to get placemnts and recently in 2019 valya malik got good package at 27lakhs froma amazon and average percentage is 70% to get the placements in average company and my plan after getting degree is to get a high paid job

After sixth-semester students became eligible for campus placements. there is a large number of campanies visited every year for providing placements like facebook ,google,flipkart,infosys ,hcl ,wipro and lot more. there is average of 6 lac package with 52 lakh per year highest package . there is almost more than 90% students getting placement in PIET. i love to work in a big giants FAANG after degree.

After the 6th semester, the placement cell in my college was working quite hard as from the beginning of the 7th semester we had started receiving job offers from different companies. There were a number of top fortune companies that visited including Amazon, Capgemini, Google, HCL, Hitachi And for an approximation, there were around 50 companies that visited in total The highest package offered was 30 lacs p.a and the average package was around 5 lacs My plan after getting the degree is to go for masters in Canada in Networking and grab a decent job there

I didn't got qualified for JoSAA counselling. So I was looking for colleges which acceps admission on low JEE Mains percentile. I came to know about PIET. The college is really good in terms of studies and also the fees is very less.

From 7th semester students are eligible for placement drives. The main company that visits our college is capgemini - 25 offers- 3.8 Lpa and many other like Daffodils- 6 offers- 4lpa, Cloud analogy- 8 offers-2.4 lpa and rest very small companies which offered 2-3 offers. highest package is Amazon- 1 offer- 24 lpa. Average package is 4 lpa. 60% students gets placed after there graduation. I have selected off-campus in cognizant
