Faculty members at the college are actively engaged in research, with published work and at least 10 years of postgraduate teaching experience qualifying them as professors. Those with research experience at university or national institutions and who assist students at the doctoral level also qualify for teaching positions. The faculty-to-student ratio is 60:1.

Faculty provide personalized attention, identifying and nurturing students with potential, and acting as mentors. Many faculty members hold PhDs, enhancing the learning experience. They are approachable, providing detailed explanations and support outside the classroom. However, some students express concerns about the teaching quality, faculty engagement, and lack of good placements.
