Vivekanandha College of Education for Women, Namakka was established in 2005 and under the Angammal Educational Trust. The college is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college offers full time Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Master of Education (M.Ed.) in many specializations.
