Course Curriculum: our courses are pretty good. My college are providing core skills of Business and management with different new skills. Even though the mentor suggest to focus more on NEWS, BUSINESS NEWS, etc. We have here different seminars, sports and more Academics: We have some Gold medalist in academics. We even have some state players too that's what they are 'shaan' of our college.Faculties: all our faculty members are supportive and kind.
Fee structure,as far as our family conditions are concern,It is feasible.My father is a primary school HM.So,he make it look comfortable for me,as possible as it may seem.About 31k I pay in the 1st 2 semester combined.And will pay 30k in the next 2sem.
It's have a good infrastructure and reliable for all and affordable for lower , middle and the collage have some rules that we all have to follow and that developed the standard of the collage

Yes, VIE Raipur does offer B.Ed course to the students for the respective course (Science in your case) and you need to appear for CG Pre B.Ed exam to get admission.

No, work experience is not necessary for the M.Ed admission. To be eligible for the course you must have passed your bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks from any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. Also, there will be a relaxation of 5% for reserved category candidates.
