Remarks:

The college really takes on a lot of initiative to keep the students interested with good teachers and good events which are held in the college. The college has good infrastructure as well which attracts a lot more students.

Admission:

I am currently pursuing B.Com (Hons.) from Kaliyaganj College, West Bengal. The eligibility criteria to get an admission in this course is to have passed 10+2 with an aggregate of at least 50% marks and it is compulsory for candidates to have studied English and Mathematics. Thus, the students will be selected based on the qualifying examination marks.

Students could get the admission form online on the college website or offline on the college campus. Along with the application form, the required documents should be Through merit and under counseling the students would get admitted to the college The students must have passed the last qualification with at least 60% aggregate marks.

Kaliyaganj College is a college in Kaliyaganj in the Uttar Dinajpur district of West Bengal, India. The college is affiliated to University of Gour Banga, offering undergraduate courses. It is accredited with B++ by NAAC. A student may be admitted to B.com after passing the Higher Secondary Examination in the general stream conducted by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education in (10+2) pattern after a period of 12 years study or a examination recognized as equivalent by the University provided he/she has passed in at least five subjects with English and Environmental Studies as compulsory subjects. In case of other Boards wherein Environmental Studies is not a compulsory subject, the student shall have to pass in at least five subjects with English as a compulsory subject. The students will be selected on the basis of merit for the admission.
