Shri Guru Harikrishan College of Education, Yamuna Nagar was established in 2006 under the aegis of Guru Har Krishan Group of Institution. The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University. It is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (N.C.T.E.). The College has a professionally competent teaching staff to cater to the needs of the students. The college offers Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Course with 200 intake. Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) is offered under the affiliation of State Council Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Haryana.
