As it's a government college , the fees is minimal so that each and every student irrespective of their financial background can come and get and education. There are placements going on in college and many students have secured good packages.

The Course in general is pretty theoretical and it doesn't have a lot of practical applications to it.

Delhi University's fees in general is pretty affordable as compared to other colleges in India. In JMC, the fees for the first year for BSc(Hons) Mathematics was Rs16,000 and for second year it was around Rs 19,000. The majority of the cost goes into travelling to college. I didn't avail any scholarships since I didn't need them

The fees hike and cost of the study are very affordable as Delhi University is the Government Central University. And the honours courses at DU are good in terms of academics. A Jesus and Mary Story

Studying at JMC is extremely cost efficient . The fee for my couse was just 6000 a year . Also, just within a kilometre radius there are PGs and rooms available , that too at a very reasonable cost. Campus placements and our Placement Cell is extremely great and hard working with many companies like Deloitte, E&Y , Accenture etc offering good fresher opportunities.

The mathematics and the language faculty are so far the best faculties (as per my personal experience) the teachers are regular in taking their classes and also they inform way before bout when they'll not be taking the classes hence making it much convenient for the students.
