JMC Selection Criteria

Admission to all the above-mentioned courses (except for B.El.Ed.) is based on merit.
Admission to B.El.Ed. will be granted on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the entrance exam.
The merit will be decided on the basis of the percentage secured in the Best Four subjects in the 10+2 examinations.

Procedure for calculation of ‘Best Four’ subjects percentage for Honours Courses:

Percentage will be calculated on the basis of English and three other academic subjects.
All subjects to be included in the calculation of ‘Best Four’ must have at least a 70% theory component of the exam.
If the subject to be considered does not have a 70% theory component and 30% practical component, then the marks of theory and practical shall be converted to 70% and 30%, respectively on a pro-rata basis.

JMC the ultimate college

Likes

The first thing I liked about JMC was its environment and faculty. It's very safe.
The canteen food was the ultimate comfort food for the students.

Dislikes

Sometimes, the admin people were rude and they were lazy
Way too much disciplined, felt like another school

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee structure was affordable, it was between 19-22000 Rs only. Every other fees was included within it, I didn't have to give anything apart from it. There are multiple scholarships options available depending upon the annual income of the parents, also since my college is a minority college, hence it provided the best opportunities for students to excel.

Likes

The canteen provided south Indian food which we felt inclusive and provides a clean environment and friendly staff
The atmosphere inside the college is peaceful and beautiful

Dislikes

The library staffs are rude in nature and students find it difficult to communicate with them.
The washroom should be more hygienic but it's in a stage where we can use it

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees structure of the course is 21350 per year which will be 85400 for four years according to current fee structure and the exam fees which will be according to your subject and the number of practical exams and approximately below 2000 and the college also have financial assistance and scholarship offers to the students who deserve that and students should enquire directly in the administration block to know more about the financial assistance policy and scholarships. The campus have placement facilities for the departments which is eligible for placements like commerce department.

The fees is very feasible and affordable considering other colleges in the country. There are many scholarships and financial assistance proved by the college management. The are society and college groups for scholarships.

The infrastructure of our college is very large and situated on the South campus and the fees structure is very affordable to all because the average fee of any course is 12-15 k college provides many scholarships to deserving students
