Hooghly Women's College faculty is very good, and very responsible. Most Faculty qualification is P.H.D level their teaching methods are very good. Every 6 months after our sem exams term and Burdwan University syllabus very difficult was to pass.

The college have a very budgetary education system. This helps many students to get a good quality education to achieve their goal. I will always asked everyone to join this college for a better experience.

Application process is online. Just fill the form available on the website with necessary documents and details. Admission is then granted on the basis of merit or on the basis of scores obtained in entrance exam. The college provides both the options.

The application process conducted by the college is in online mode only. For admission in Honours courses in Arts & Science, candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with atleast 45% marks Selection to UG courses is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

Our college is very good for new students, it provides good environment. For study purpose it's good. Practical work experience is very good. We love our college. It provides a good faculty and helpful environment.

I had visited the college website where the online form fill up process was being conducted for Undergraduate courses. According to the requirement of Burdwan University, the cut-off aggregate was 45% and pass mark in the subject being applied for was compulsory (along with an additional subject in few cases). As I was applying for Mathematics, I needed a pass mark in Mathematics only. In order to submit the form, I had to make a payment online, following which I had been provided with an application number for future reference. The merit list was published online as well, and I was selected in the first phase of the admission process as I had good merits. After the publication of merit lists, the admission fee payment link was provided on the same website. Following a successful payment, I received a bank challan. The date of admission was announced, which was the first physical interaction during the entire process. Selected students were required to carry documents such as class 10 and 10+2 mark sheets, government ID proof, bank challan, etc, and were enrolled in the college.
