VAMNICOM Admission 2025 - Eligibility & Selection Criteria

1. PGDM-ABM

Eligibility Criteria -

• The candidates must hold a full-time bachelor’s degree.
• General/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS candidates need at least 50% aggregate marks in graduation, while SC/ST candidates require a minimum of 45%.
• A valid, recent score from one of the approved national-level admission tests (CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT) is mandatory.
• Graduation marks will be converted to percentages as per the rules of the respective university.
• Final-year students may apply but must submit their final aggregate percentage or CGPA by August.
• Foreign nationals may apply with valid GMAT or GRE scores.
• Three seats are reserved for sponsored candidates from cooperative organizations or Central/State government bodies.

Selection Criteria -

• The shortlisting is done based on the percentile scores of the entrance tests.
• The Shortlisted candidates will be invited for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds, which are conducted in cities across India during April and May.
• GD/PI centers include Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Dehradun, Gandhinagar, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Kalyani, Nagpur, New Delhi/Gurgaon, Patna, Pantnagar, and Pune.
• Final selection is based on performance in GD and PI, academic record, relevant work experience, and entrance test scores.
• A final merit list will be prepared, and selected candidates will be notified via personal email with further instructions.

1. PGD-CBM

Eligibility Criteria -

• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• The maximum age limit is 50 years; deserving women candidates may receive an age relaxation of up to 5 years.
• Three seats are reserved for candidates sponsored by cooperative organizations or Central/State government bodies.

Selection Process -

• The shortlisting is based on the candidate's experience and academic performance.
• The candidates who got shortlisted will get an invitation for a personal interview
• The final selection will consider performance in the interview, recommendation from the sponsoring organization, and relevant experience.

1. Executive-PGDM

Eligibility Criteria -

• The Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• A valid, recent score in CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, or CMAT is required.
• Three seats are reserved for candidates sponsored by cooperatives or Central/State government bodies.

Selection Process-

• The shortlisting is based on the percentile scores of the accepted entrance tests.

  The candidates who got shortlisted will get an invitation for a personal interview

• The final selection will consider interview performance, academic record, work experience, and test scores.
• A merit list will be prepared based on overall performance, and selected candidates will be informed through an official email with further joining instructions.
