Likes

Various number of companies offers jobs with best packages, about 85 per cent students get placed in our college.
Our classrooms are clean very good looking and comfortable with sufficient benches and sufficient ventilation and good working fans and digital projectors are provided to show some practical videos related to the subject.
Very good faculty members and they are full experience persons in this college, they provide good knowledge for students , they always support students any kind doubts or problems they can easily as per subject wise

Dislikes

The hostel facilities were a little bit not good because it should serve 400 students in the day so it feels a little bit bad.
The financial assistance is also too low in the college.
At present there are no projects yet given to us in the college.

To enjoy your btech life you have to be "Vaadevian"

Likes

Campus environment, maintaining the discipline
Getting placements,conducting lot of events
Faculty being very friendly with students

Dislikes

College hostel is very average they have to improve lot
In every semester they will Target one subject for sure and they will fail
There are no projectors in some classes.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from 3-2. Infosys, Wipro, HCl, Capgemini, etc., and every company will offer a minimum of 15-20 people. The average package as per the company is 6lpa. The percentage of students is 75%. To be placed in the best company with a high package.

Class bunk some time, chemistry laboratory
Engineering drawing subject i like most.

Dislikes

Re-examination of mid exam i don't like.
In some classt there is no fan for last benchera
I got my uniform after a month i have paid

I have chosen the CSE department because I am interested in it I like to become a software engineer so I have chosen the CSE course. The teaching faculty is very good, they teach very understandably. They all have Doctorates, Ph.D.

Vaagdevi college

Likes

Campus which has a good infrastructure and digital library.
Sports availability of both indoor and outdoor
Spacious campus while you can sit under some trees and chat with your friends for a while

Dislikes

Somewhat problems like plumbing when its raining
I think its the travel facilities provided by college which has 22k fee for 20km

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester that is by end of the 3rd year, you will get campus placements, for every year roughly 6-7 companies will visit. Till now the highest package was 18 to my knowledge and the average is 3.6lpa. More than 45 percent of students got placed. Many are planning to go abroad to do their MS or MBA.

Nice environment and college good to see
Nice infrastructure and class room..... .
Some faculty is very good and friendly..

Dislikes

Conducting exam all the time and irritate us
Always wantedly fail in every exam doesn't matter how good u write
Few faulty is teaching bad and boring ...

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering course. Because I have to get more in deep into these electronics I need to know. I love my course and the faculty are very good, they explain my in the depth of my course but some subject gets difficult to pass in some conditions.

Good college

Likes

I like the environment and the faculty library facilities. Sports and computer labs and the placements etc
I like the laboratory facilities and the classes were not messy for each different course we have different blocks
The fee structure is also fine and the scholarship provision i liked the most

Dislikes

Things i dislike are very less. I dislike the some faculty
I dislike watchmen faculty the process of their receiving student i do not like

Placement Experience:

There is campus placement is there for our college. Third-year students can be eligible for placements jobs. The companies are wipro, Infosys, HCL, etc. As per company profiled offer the highest package was 1500000. The students who have 75 percentage will get placements. My plan after getting my degree is to join a company with a good package.

Campus Life

Likes

I liked how faculty would interact with students. They were open minded and welcomed us and our ideas with pleasure.
I like how we have so many varieties of social events such as traditional day, annual fest, sports competitions, flashmob, technical clubs etc.
I liked how the campus was diversed and faced Little to no discrimination from anyone.

Dislikes

Canteen hygiene. They gave us 2 canteens and one had severe hygiene issue as it was right outside with only thin cloth roof and dogs would walk around along with people inside.
Infrastructure of college was issue sometimes.

Placement Experience:

They start our placements as early as the 6th sem. i.e.; starting from the last sem of the third year. They give us placement training from the first year itself. Be it aptitude, technical, communication, or everything. The highest package we were offered here was 12-14 lakhs and the average is about 6-7 lakhs per annum. Nearly 70% of our college students get placed. I plan to do a job after I get my degree. I am already placed in one of the companies which our college provided to us as campus placement.

Mechanical engineering is an industrial subject and a very interesting course. The qualifications of faculty are PhDs and Mtech and they are very good at teaching and have good knowledge about the courses. The exams are based on textbook and application questions

The placements in our college come from different tech companies like Amazon, TCS, and Cognizant. The average package was 8 LPA and the highest was around 22 LPA. The average percentage of students getting placed in College placements is 65%. I plan on getting placed with a handsome package in any reputed organization.
