SSBF Pune placement report has been released for the year 2025 (Batch 2023-2025). According to the the placement report of the institute, the highest median salary of IINR 21.42 LPA was offered in 2023-25 to the MBA students. It had a 100% placement this year, and the average package of INR11 LPA was offered.69% of the students were placed in the BSFI sector, 10% got job offers from the IT sector and the rest 25% got jobs in other sectors that recruit MBA graduates.

The college needs more exposure and growth to be on par with it's rival colleges who offer higher placements and more services

Placement Experience:

after the first sem students have to sit for Summer Internship (SIP) and the median stipend for the same is not high and aroun Rs.10000. Few of the companies who visited yet are JP Morgan, BNY, Crisil and a few more, SIP process goes on until Dec . The highest stipend offered as of yet is 85000 per month and the lowest is unpaid. the college maintains a 100% placements every year, as for the final placemnets the process starts at same time, and much more companies come for placement.

Students are eligible for the campus placement from the 3rd semester onwards, after the first year and the internship that the students complete in the summer. The highest package received was from The Federal bank with a package of 22LPA and the avergae package offered is about 11LPA. 100% of the students get placed from SSBF.
