Likes
- Faculty members are all high educated mostly phd.
- Campus, class rooms are clean & well maintained.
Dislikes
- Placement cell should be improved for this stream.
Faculty:
Faculties are good. Some behave so nicely & some rudely but overall they are good as a teacher. The exams are conducted by Makaut University. Exams are quite difficult. Syllabus for this stream (Biotechnology) is very good.
Likes
- Canteen food with not that bad quality even it is so affordable that you should eat your lunch in canteen.
- Some faculty behaviour is very good towards all students
Dislikes
- College campus is too small even it doesn’t have a comfortable place to sit and talk
- At first college will promise u to conduct many upgrad courses but after u enroll in the course they will forget about it
Faculty:
In our college there is very less facilities and teachers available one teacher takes 4-5 classes per day and even new teachers are leaving the college for muslim dominated area and creep peoples . Sometimes it very difficult to understand the topic as most of the teachers will teach u in very hard process
Likes
- In my college, every environment day, students and teachers planted plants.
- Here, different different types of functions happen.
Dislikes
- They don't provide more lab facilities which need more for us.
- In exam paper, university backlog student paper that they can gain money.
Faculty:
In my insights, some faculty members are very good in behavior, and some teachers are hot tempted. In exam they provide very good security including cctv. But they didn't check the paper properly. Even my teacher told us in the class that the university didn't check paper properly and that students got backlog easily.
Likes
- Junior-senior relationship is quite good, ragging does not take place in our campus.
Dislikes
- As they don't provide placements, internships.
Faculty:
the Faculty members are Highly experienced. Their teaching and mentorship has a Strong hold on the students. We can mostly interact with the teacher during the free period. The effectiveness of their teachings helps us to understand better
Faculty:
Faculty members of this college are great .they are kind and always helps students in studies and every aspects . Their teaching style is very effective for students . They help students to achieve good marks in exams .
Likes
- The facilities of the colleges is good. All the notes ate updated time to time and if required they provide extra classes in order to complete the syllabus
- The mentors assigned throughout 3 years are really helpful even if the semester fees is pending they allow you all to seat for the exam.
Dislikes
- The college hardly has any sports managment or any extra circular things to do they still run in traditional rule.
- Lack of events and student involvement. The colleges hardly conducts fest and even if they do thats are below average if we compare with rest of the colleges in kolkata
Faculty:
The faculty in SVIMS are really nice and helping too. For every 10- 15 people there is an mentor assigned they can take any college related help any time they want. The faculty available are really qualified and maximum of them holds PDH with them. Aslo the HOD for all department are too good they are always there to help you in any queries
Faculty:
The facilities of the college are well trained and experienced the teaching techniques of the professor are good. The facilities are really helpful in every matter of study they help the students anytime when u ask them. They also groom the students for the future of well being.
Faculty:
I have never seen so talented faculties in my life. They are simply the best teachers. All our college faculties are very loving and caring and we all students have a huge respect for them.Very brilliant teachers with polite behavior.
Faculty:
I had seen during my college days, all our college faculties are very hard working. They really work hard for us and hence we never required any help or go for private tutors. They are the best and talented teachers
Faculty:
Most of my professors were from this college itself. Hence, they were aware about the things and resources each of the subject carries. This way their teaching was totally based upon their experience and was inductive.
