The state government offers scholarships to the student especially from the economically weaker section and the reserved category. If you fall under the category then you can avail the benefit of scholarship. However, if you don't fall under these categories then you can avail of the benefits from the national scholarship portal of the central government. I myself availed an educational loan facility from the Punjab National Bank and one can avail of the education loan facility from any of the private sector or public sector banks.
For schedule tribe and scheduled caste students, there are scholarship facilities provided by University, by UGC and other government agencies. As the fee is minimum there is very little chance that a loan will be applied, but for distance mode loan is not provided by the college.
There is only one scholarship program available for lower cast students only which is provided by government of gujarat. Loan facility is not provided by collage or institute. Student has to apply by the own.
No such facility offered by the college , which can also be considered as the drawback, but the student can always apply for study loans from the bank.
