Rents for shared accommodations range from Rs 3,000 to Rs 10,000 per month, depending on the size and furnishings. Common configurations include 1 BHK shared by 3-4 students or 2 BHK apartments. The campus features AC-equipped classrooms, a well-maintained library, a gym, and a sports area.

Although food options in the college canteen are limited, there are numerous eating joints and mess services in the vicinity. The college plans to build a hostel within the next five years, with a new campus planned in Panvel for Management students.
