Ramaiah Institute of Management (RIM), Bangalore ensures that its punch-line: “Better Managers for Better Tomorrow” holds true in every aspect. The institute has a robust placement cell which has maintained almost 100% placements since the last decade.

RIM placements 2022 concluded with 97% placement, with the participation of 88 recruiters. A total of 160 students were placed, and among them, 32 were placed through an on-campus placement drive. RIM highest package stood at INR 17.6 LPA and RIM average package at INR 6.50 LPA.

RIM Bangalore placements 2022 was concluded with 97% placements. A total of 88 recruiters participated, and 160 students were placed. 32 students were placed in the on-campus placement drive and rest 128 students through off-campus drives. Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for attending placements after completion of 1st year. From the beginning of second year the company's start visiting for recruitment. Top 4 like Deloitte, KPMG also visited. More than 200 companies will come for every year. Currently more than 40 companies visited and still more to come. Highest package is offered by kimji ramdas 19LPA last year. My plan is to get placed in a good company before completion of course .

Placement Experience:

There was a proper placement process in my college in order to get the maximum benefit. For that, one had to go through the registration and student profiling process. I was selected as a assistant manager in VIP Industries lmt. during my final year placement drive. The placement rate in that year was more than 80%.

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is incredible like 95-100% placements are done on-campus. Though I have not been a part of the placement drive yet I know the whole process. To sit in placement session, first step is to register for placement then making strong resume followed with preparation for interview round. However, in the whole process, the best part is to interact with so many recruiters and overcome the fear of facing GD or interview round. Moreover, the top recruiters who have visited our campus include Axis Bank, Deloitte, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ITC limited, KPMG, Wipro, Mahindra Finance and others. Besides, the highest CTC offered last year was 17 LPA and average salary was 5 LPA.

Yes, the best part of this college is it has a pretty good placement. For almost all the specialisation (Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Operations, BFSI).Companies such as Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Honeywell, EY, and so on. Yes, College also provide internship program, usually 45days or 60days and later the students should give a brief about their experience with the help of project (presentation)

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college was very functional. It helped me to know and understand the various job opportunities. Apart from this, the reputed companies were called by the college for the interview purpose and they hired many of us. Also in our batch, the minimum salary package was Rs 5.5 LPA and the highest was around Rs 9 LPA.
