After completing graduation, I started my preparation for CAT examination and had achieved 70 percentile in my first attempt. I heard about this college from one of my colleague in the company I was working before joining my MBA program. The admission process here consisted of document screening round, group discussion rounds, interview round etc. And the cost of my online application was ?â_500.
After I got selected for the final round, I had faced the Personal Interview round which was very informal. Questions like what are my plans after completing post-graduation, and why did I opt for this program were asked. During that period, they judged my soft skills, mental aptitude, etiquette etc.
After being shortlisted on the basis of my CAT marks, I was called for the final round, where I had to go through a Group discussion and a Personal interview. In the personal interview process, I had to answer the questions carefully with crisp and short answers. The questions were related to General Awareness, Current Affairs, Work Experience, industry requirements, challenges etc.
I had given Cmat exam. I applied in few colleges where CMAT score was accepted. Later i got a call from the college informing me that my resume was shortlisted. The college had started my admission process from reviewing my resume, my cmat score and interview process. It took about a month to get a reply from the college about the selection result.
I appreared for the NMAT entrance test. I cleared the test with a decent percentile. Got a call from the college. Appeared the interview and the group discussion round. Got selected. This is the admission process. Tentative dates for admission starts from April
Because of its name in the list of top b schools in India. Also, the college was highly recommended by a few of my friends who have been to the same college and got good placements. Ramaiah Institute is one of the finest education body in Bangalore.
I have to give CAT entrance as the main exam was this only, Hence, after giving this CAT entrance I had to sit for the Group discussion and a written ability test conducted by the college and followed by the personal interview. Therefore, the total marks obtained in each exam helped me to get into this college.
I applied for the MBA program, for which I gave this CAT entrance and hence, the final admission criteria was to give this written ability test followed by a group discussion as well as a personal interview.
I wrote the exam MAT February exam 2018 conducted by AIMA, where I scored a good marks. So with the help of the MAT score i applied for this college. Later I sat for interview for selection process of the college. In the end I got selected for the college admission.
