Hidden Gems of "Kirloskar Institute of Management"

Likes

College infrastructure is good including the playground, Hostel facilities, daily maintenance of rooms all the basic things
Faculties are helpful in guiding the students, help in making different projects research papers etc.
Practical learnings through Case Studies, classroom theoretical knowledge to real world experiences, simulations and internships.

Dislikes

Program structure is very hectic due to the trimester system. Lots of presentations, case studies, weekly tests, projects etc.
Food is bad in taste as it is not as per the North Indian taste. Only when the guests are coming then only the good food were made.
Management is not as per the remark in terms of a arrangement of any functions, sport events, taking permissions of different faculty

Admission:

I got admission through the CMAT exam. All the colleges are reference-based. Firstly the entrance Tests, if selected then Interview. The eligibility criteria is a minimum of 50% in all 10th, 12th, Graduation. you can apply through the website. Improve your communication how you express yourself and goals that are achievable and are how can you impress the panels.

Life at KIAMS

Admission:

The general application form needs to be submitted. Post that Group discussion and Personal Interview dates are being alloted after preliminary screening based on the academic scores such as CMAT and mat score of 60 and above percentile no as such age criteria, prior to began with selection process a representative from college gives a brief idea about the college, the faculty-student ratio, exposure that will be offered during the course and the average placement package Accordingly shortlisting is done post the selection college offer letter is being sent.

Admission:

The admission process in the Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies (KIAMS) is centralized. The KIAMS has two campuses at Harihar and Pune. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 year’s Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor’s degree and completing all requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree by 30th June 2021 can also apply, subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by 1st October 2021. Accepted Entrance Exam: CAT,XAT,CMAT,ATMA,GMAT,MAT,MHCET (for pune campus),KCET (for harihar campus).

The average salary for the same year was over 6.5 LPA.

Admission:

Admission process was quite simple but they consider minimum 50percentile in CMAT/CAT. So I got the college through CMAT first you have to fill a registration/admission form which will cost you ?750 then after that you will get a call from college if you are near Pune or mumbai then you can have your interview at college itself otherwise they take Interview on Skype.

Good college with pleasent atmosphere

Admission:

I got the admission form through online at kiams.ac.in.so for interview I went to the location they and conducted the written test and interview.i got selected.the administration was too good and the way of payment of fees was structured and they inform 2 months before to us.
