28 Jul, 2025 XAT 2026 registration has started for MBA/PGDM admission. The last date to apply @xatonline.in is December 5, 2025. XAT 2026 will be held on January 4, 2026. For more details, Check Here.
24 Jul, 2025 MAT 2025 (September) Exam Schedule has been released @mat.aima.in. The last date to register for PBT is September 15, 2025 and September 22, 2025 for CBT. The PBT and CBT exam dates are Sept 21 and Sept 28, 2025 respectively. For more details, Click Here.
Kirloskar Institute of Management (KIM), Harihar offers a 2 yeat duration PGDM program. Candidates who are interested can apply for KIM Admission at the official website of the college KIM.in. by paying the admission fees of Rs 1000/- Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply in the PGDM course. The selection in the course is based on the national level admission test scores like CAT/XAT /CMAT /GMAT /MAT/ATMA/K-MAT/Karnataka PGCET for admission.
Out of 100%, 30-60% weightage has been given to the entrance exam score card. Final Selection is based on candidates’ past academic scores, GD/Extempore & PI performance, and relevant work experience or extracurricular achievements. The acceptance rate of candidates applying through MAT score has been observed to gain more chances in getting admission into KIM than other admission test scores.
KIM Harihar PGDM Admission 2024
Kirloskar Institute of Management , Harihar offers two years full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Management in the following specializations area: Finance Management, Marketing Management, HR Management, Operations Management, Industry 4.0 and Business Analytics.
Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks are eligible to apply in the PGDM course with the scorecard on CAT/XAT /CMAT /GMAT /MAT/ATMA/K-MAT/Karnataka PGCET entrance exam. The final selection in the PGDM course is based on the candidate’s performance in the personal interview round.
KIM Harihar PGDM Eligibility
- Candidate must have completed Bachelors’ degree in a 10+2+3/10+2+4 format of education from recognized institute/university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks is mandatory to be eligible for the PGDM program.
- Final year candidates can also apply provided they are able to provide their original degree within the given time for verification. Every admission procedure shall be done on the basis of a set of criteria and merit.
KIM Harihar Selection Criteria
- Once the completed application is received by the admission office, candidates will be sent a letter over email regarding the status of their getting shortlisted. They need to report to the interview center for further selection rounds along with the original documents and a set of hard copies of it.

How to Apply for KIM Harihar PGDM?
- Fill the Online Application form.
- Enter all the details and complete registration. After verification of the E-mail ID, log in with the credentials generated.
- Upload scanned photograph, signature and enter the personal, academic, and graduation (if required) details
- Enter the CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/K-CET registration details
- Pay the application fee online or through any online payment option using Credit/Debit card/Net Banking.
- The application fee for the PGDM program is INR 1000.
- Submit the application form.
- Print the application form and acknowledgment Slip for future correspondence.
KIM Harihar Scholarships
KIM Harihar provides scholarships to meritorious students who have scored brilliantly in the admission tests. Candidates who have scored a certain percentile score in their respective CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT are provided with scholarship as mentioned in the table below:

Those eligible for INR 1,00,000/- scholarship will receive a rebate in the sixth installment provided the previous 5 trimesters’ GPA/CGPA is 7.20 for batch 2024-2026.
Those eligible for INR 60,000/- scholarship will receive a rebate in the sixth installment provided the previous 5 trimesters’ GPA/CGPA is 6.413 for batch year 2024-2026.
