JSPM Narhe Faculty

The faculty at JSPM NTC College is a mix of experienced and trainee members, with many holding ME, MTech, and PhD qualifications. They employ modern teaching methods, including digital media and practical applications, and are known for being supportive and student-focused. The college enforces strict attendance policies and uses a Guardian Family Member system where faculty members mentor batches of 20 students. Faculty are generally friendly, approachable, and assist in both academic and non-academic areas.

While some faculty members face language barriers, the college compensates with guest lectures and seminars to enhance learning. Faculty to student ratio is approximately 120 students to 10 teachers, and they conduct regular exams and practical sessions, providing students with industrial insights. Despite some challenges in covering the vast syllabus, the teaching staff are dedicated to student progress and understanding.
