The ICL Institute of Management & Technology, Ambala was established in 2008. It is a self-financed institute. The college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & Government of Haryana and affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. The college offers three years Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and two years Master of Business Administration (MBA) course.

The ICL Hi-Tech is a Charitable Educational Society incorporated under Societies Registration Act 1860 issued by Registrar of Societies, Panchkula, Haryana in 2007. The mission of the college is to establish industry institute interaction for technology, research and development. The objective of college is to orient Management Education which shall be relevant to the real world of work, attractive to the students, responsive to the Industry and connected to the community at large.
