Hindustan Institute of Management and Computer Studies (HIMCS) offers MBA course of 2-year duration and MCA course of 3-year duration with an intake of 120 and 60 seats in each course respectively. HIMCS is affiliated to AKTU.
- Candidates can apply through online as well as offline modes. The application form is available on the website of the college and at the Central & Regional Admission Cells.
- The candidates may submit the application form along with the application fee paid through either Demand Draft or through any Electronic Payment Gateway or in Cash.
- Those who have passed the Graduation Degree in any relevant discipline with at least 60% marks are eligible to get admission in the MBA course.
- Applicants who hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or BCA/ B.Sc in IT/ CS with minimum 50% marks are eligible to apply for MCA course.
- Selection is done on the basis of the basis of their rank in Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE).
- For MBA courses, apart from the UPSEE score, preference will be given to the CAT or MAT qualified candidates.
- For each course, 15% of the seats under the Management Quota are allotted to the applicants based on their performance in the Aptitude Test and Interview conducted by the college.

HIMCS MCA Admission 2024
Hindustan Institute of Management and Computer Studies (HIMCS) offers MCA program (Regular as well as Lateral) to those candidates who have completed Graduation in any discipline or BCA/ B.Sc (IT/ CS) Degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
3-year MCA Degree is offered with an intake of 90 seats. Admission to this course is given through UPSEE score followed by the State level counselling.

HIMCS MBA Admission 2024
HIMCS offers 2-year MBA course with the total intake of 120 seats. Candidates who have completed Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% aggregate marks are eligible to apply for admission to MBA course.

HIMCS Application Process 2024
Students can apply online as well as offline by visiting the official website of the college.
Online Mode:
- Log on to the college’s official website.
- Click on Apply Online option under the Admission tab.
- Fill the application form with all the required details.
- On successful submission of application form, a unique ID and password are provided to the candidate that will be used throughout the admission process.
- The candidates have to give the Online Test using this ID and password.
- Shortlisted candidates have to submit the application fee at the Central Admission Cell or Regional Cell.
Offline Mode:
- Get the application form in person from the Central Admission Cell (Agra) or from any Regional Offices (Lucknow, Guwahati, Patna or Kolkata).
- Candidates have to pay the application fee in Cash or through DD.
- Fill all the details carefully in the application form.
- Send it with all the required documents to the college’s admission cell.
Application Fee: Applicants may submit the application fee of INR 1000 in cash or INR 1050 through Demand Draft drawn in favor of HIMCS payable at Agra.
HIMCS Scholarship
Sharda Educational Trust offers the scholarship to the meritorious students of the college. The college offers the scholarship of different amount varies from INR 50,000/ 40,000/ 30,000 or 20,000 depending upon the academic performance of the student.
