FIIB offers scholarships worth INR 2.5 crore every year to support deserving PGDM applicants. These scholarships are based on merit, test scores, diversity, achievements, and financial need.
FIIB Scholarship
At the core of FIIB’s scholarship philosophy are ten 100% tuition-fee waivers, which cover nearly 75% of the total program fee. These full waivers are awarded to applicants who show exceptional talent and strong commitment. They are divided into two main categories:
- Merit-Based Excellence Awards: These awards support academically strong students and those who perform well in competitive entrance tests like CAT, XAT, and GMAT.
- Need-Based Access Awards: These awards are for students who have good academic potential but need financial support. The assessment is done through transparent income documents to make sure financial constraints do not block education opportunities.
Apart from the full scholarships, FIIB also offers partial scholarships that recognise different strengths and achievements. These include:
Merit Scholarships
These are given to students with a strong academic track record, good entrance exam scores, and an impressive interview.
Diversity and Inclusion Scholarships
These scholarships help students who belong to benchmark disability categories, children of single mothers, defence backgrounds, or individuals identifying as third gender or non-binary. Being a women-led institution, FIIB believes strongly in equal representation and inclusion.
Regional Diversity Scholarships
To improve national representation on campus, FIIB provides scholarships to students from regions such as Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and the North-Eastern states. This encourages a wider mix of perspectives in the classroom.
Achievement and Experience Scholarships
These awards are for applicants who add unique value to the FIIB community. It may include professional experience or state, national, and international achievements in areas such as academics, sports, arts, entrepreneurship, community work, or research.
Entrance-Test Performance Awards
Students with strong CAT, XAT, or GMAT scores receive tuition-fee credits ranging from INR 30,000 to INR 1,00,000. These awards recognise exam preparedness, competitiveness, and commitment to management studies.
Scholarship Evaluation Process
• Scholarships linked to admissions are confirmed when the student accepts the admission offer.
• Full tuition-fee waivers are given after a detailed review and are officially announced in Term II.
• All one-time tuition-fee credits are given in Term VI once students complete all academic requirements successfully.
