Farook Institute of Management Studies (FIMS), Kozhikode is a leader Management college in Kerala. FIMS Calicut MBA Eligibility:

Following is the eligibility requirement for candidates seeking admission to MBA program offered by Farook Institute of Mangement: 

1. Candidates seeking admission to the MBA degree course should have passed any degree of the University of Calicut (including degree program of SDE, University of Calicut) or of any other University or institute or institution recognized by the UGC or AICTE.
2. Programmes of other Universities or institutions shall be in 10+ 2+ 3 pattern (or 10+ 2+ 4) under regular-stream.
3.  In all the cases, the student should have passed the bachelor degree examination with not less than 50 % marks in aggregate. 
4. Applicants with, 49.9999 % marks are not eligible for Admission. However, SC/ST, OBC, and other eligible communities shall be given relaxation as per University rules.

FIMS Calicut MBA Selection Criteria: 

The institute accepts CMAT/CAT and KMAT Entrance exam scores for MBA Admissions. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of Entrance exam marks. 

Shortlisted applicants will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview for the final selection. Check the weightage criteria for the preparation of merit list.

Rouzathul Uloom Association (RUA), the parent body group of Farook Institute offers scholarships to meritorious students. Candidates will be selected for the scholarship on the basis of Academic Merit.

Note: Minimum qualifying cut off marks should be 15% for the general category and 10% for OBC and 7.5 for SC/ST students.
