BIMTECH PGDM RM Course Details
PGDM in Retail Management is a 2-year full-time fully residential course. PGDM RM is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) for equivalence with an MBA. PGDM RM has a total intake of 60 seats. The total fees for the program is INR 11 Lakhs. The details of PGDM RM program are as follows:
BIMTECH PGDM RM Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who are Graduated with a Minimum of 50% Marks.
- Candidates appearing for Final Year Graduation Examination can also apply. Such candidates need to produce the final year result of Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate on or before 31st October 2024.
BIMTECH PGDM RM Selection Criteria
Candidates are required to appear for Entrance Examinations like CAT or XAT or GMAT or MAT or CMAT for Admission to the program. CAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT / MAT scores are not required for NRI, Corporate / NRI, Sponsored Categories & Supernumerary Seats. Candidates are selected for the PGDM RM program based on their Overall Performance in the Entrance Exam scores accompanied by a Personal Interview.

BIMTECH PGDM RM Admission Process
The PGDM RM course of BIMTECH involves 3 stages in the Admission Process. The steps in the selection process are as follows:
Step 1 - Application
The application form is common for all PGDM courses. Candidates seeking admission for PGDM RM Programme at BIMTECH need to apply online through the official website www.bimtech.ac.in. The form can be filled out online by paying Rs. 2000/- through Credit or Debit Card.
Step 2 - Selection Process, Call for Personal Interview and Document Verification
The next step is shortlisting the applicants for Personal Interview (PI) based on the overall scores of CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT percentile. To avoid possible overlapping of the admission process with other B-Schools and to facilitate the early admission offer, BIMTECH schedules PI in two stages.
BIMTECH conducts an early-stage selection process after the third week of December 2023. The said process provides a candidate with an opportunity to appear for the process conveniently. The 2nd round of the selection process is done post declaration of CAT/XAT results after the 2nd week of February 2024. The 2nd round of PI is held for those candidates who get a minimum prescribed cut-off percentile.
Document Verification: Candidates should submit a self attested photocopy of the following documents
- Mark List of Class 10th.
- Mark List of Class 12th.
- Mark List of Graduation (All years / Semesters).
- Score card of CAT/GMAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT whichever applicable.
- Work Experience certificate (if applicable) from a registered company having turnover of Rs. 50 Crores or more in the preceding financial year i.e. 2023-24. The work experience should be in an executive or supervisory role for a minimum period of one year.
- Corporate Sponsorship Certificate (If applicable)
- NRI/NRI Sponsorship Documents (If applicable) as Prescribed
- Domicile Certificate from Competent Authority (if applicable)
- Proof of Nationality for International student
Step 3 - Declaration of Final Selection List
- The final selection list is prepared by taking consideration of the candidates:
- Past Academic Performance
- Entrance Test Scores (CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT)
- Performance in Personal Interview.
- Work Experience (if applicable)
- Other parameters, wherever applicable, as per the weightage table
