Course Details
PGDM (equivalent to MBA) is the flagship course of BIMTECH. The Institute offers PGDM, PGDM in International Business, PGDM in Insurance Business Management and PGDM in Retail Management which are all equivalent to MBA in India. The 2-year full-time residential PGDM at BIMTECH had INR 11.10 LPA average placement for the batch of 2024. The fees for PGDM at BIMTECH is Rs 14 Lakhs for 2 years.
BIMTECH Admission for PGDM is based on CAT, XAT, CMAT and GMAT, students need to clear the minimum cutoff percentile as decided by BIMTECH. - Candidates appearing for Final Year Graduation Examination can also apply. Such candidates need to produce the final year result of Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate on or before 31st October 2024.

Round 1: Unique Profile Based Selection for Early Applicants
Candidates applying for the PGDM 2025 program at BIMTECH will have the opportunity to be shortlisted early based on their profile for the PI in December 2024 if they apply by the last date for the first round. BIMTECH PGDM 2025-27 aspirants can get the chance of By being shortlisted early based on their excellent profile and participating in early PI sessions in December 2023, it may be possible to secure their seat at BIMTECH Greater Noida even before their MBA entrance exam results are released.
Candidates in the Early Round will be shortlisted based on their academic consistency and past performance, and/or relevant work experience (if any) that contributes to classroom learning. In the third week of December, the candidates will go through the PI round.
Round 2:
Candidates are Selected for PGDM course based on their Valid CAT scores or XAT or CMAT or GMAT scores. CAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT scores are not required for NRI, Corporate / NRI, Sponsored Categories & Supernumerary Seats. The final selection is based on Candidate’s Overall Performance in Entrance Test, Academic Scores, Work Experience (if any) and Personal Interview. The weightage for Selection Criteria is given below

BIMTECH PGDM Admission Process
The admission process for the PGDM course of BIMTECH involves 3 stages. The steps in the selection process are as follows:
Step 1 - Application
The application form is common for all PGDM courses. Candidates seeking admission for PGDM Programme at BIMTECH need to apply online through the official website www.bimtech.ac.in. The form can be filled out online by paying Rs. 2000/- through Credit or Debit Card.
Step 2 - Selection Process, Call for Personal Interview and Document Verification
The next step is shortlisting the applicants for Personal Interview (PI) based on the overall scores of CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT percentile. To avoid possible overlapping of the admission process with other B-Schools and to facilitate the early admission offer, BIMTECH schedules PI in two stages.
BIMTECH conducts an early-stage selection process after the third week of December 2023. The said process provides a candidate with an opportunity to appear for the process conveniently. The 2nd round of the selection process is done post declaration of CAT/XAT results after the 2nd week of February 2025. The 2nd round of PI is held for those candidates who get a minimum prescribed cut-off percentile.
Document Verification: Candidates should submit a self attested photocopy of the following documents
- Mark List of Class 10th.
- Mark List of Class 12th.
- Mark List of Graduation (All years / Semesters).
- Score card of CAT/GMAT/XAT/CMAT whichever applicable.
- Work Experience certificate (if applicable) from a registered company having turnover of Rs. 50 Crores or more in the preceding financial year i.e. 2023-24. The work experience should be in an executive or supervisory role for a minimum period of one year.
- Corporate Sponsorship Certificate (If applicable)
- NRI/NRI Sponsorship Documents (If applicable) as Prescribed
- Domicile Certificate from Competent Authority (if applicable)
- Proof of Nationality for International student
Step 3 - Declaration of Final Selection List

Ques. Do I need to appear in any entrance exam for BIMTECH PGDM Programme being a sponsored candidate ?
Ans. If you are a corporate sponsored candidate, you need not take any entrance exam such as CAT, XAT, CMAT etc. However, you are required to appear in PI to be shortlisted for PGDM course at BIMTECH.

- I like that I got every study material on time and also I have BIMTECH e-library excess.

Fees and Financial Aid:
I have done my PGDM from BIMTECH by using upGrad Platform. This is a distance learning program so therefore the fee structure is changer from the actual BIMTECH college PGDM course. In my course I have to pay 275000 fees. This is a single time payment. If I have come with a refferal person then in that case I have to pay arround 250000. For this payment thing there is lot of EMI option. Some are no cost emi option. I did choose 5 years of EMI option. Platform is very good, WE got every kind of notes through online. We can watch recording classes. Facaulty are very friendly and helpful.

- Bias and discrimination in students, in the terms of basic facilities and hostility
- Increasing student intake. Increasing the batch size makes it difficult to manage, as hostels doesn't allow for such huge accommodation.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Tuition fee increasing with time, but ROI isn't that good looking at the batch slot. Complete cost of education is 17,00,000 including hostel. Scholarship opportunities are good. Student loan facility available. Campus internships are mostly unpaid and most companies do not offer any stipend. Job roles provided by companies are good.

Fees and Financial Aid:
At my time the fee was 17 lakhs including fooding and lodging.As it is a residential program,it is mandatory to take the hostel.For financial assistance you can easily get a loan of upto 17-20 lakhs without any collateral.the college has partnered with few banks which offers loan at a minimum rate .there are scholarships also.if you score more than 80 percentile in CAT , XAT and Gmat you can get a scholarship of 4 lakhs-8 lakhs.

- They need to bring more corporate exposure in finance specialization
Fees and Financial Aid:
13 lakhs were the tution fees for whole course and on that 4 lakhs hostel and mess fees. Hostel and mess is compulsory for every student. There are 3 to 4 scholarships you can check on College website. I personally got scholarship of 50000 for first trimester.

- Even psychiatrist are here in campus so apart from career they help you grow mentally.

- The number of students are quite high which can lead to difficulties.
- The college is situated in a place that's not very cheerful there are so many college around

Okay the cost of education is mention on their side and that's only it I don't think it is going to change for now and it in closed tuition fees of your hostel fee because the program is residential so it includes all of that and there are I think 4 or 5 scholarship program as well which is one based on the score of your competitive exams as well as how you perform in the exams here in bimtech so you get some awards and scholarship based on that.

Fees and Financial Aid:
The tuition fees is 1300000 for pgdm and international business. For retail and insurance it is 900000. The hostel fees is same for everyone that is 400000 and it is compulsory to stay in hostel. There is scholarship for 98 students who gets percentiles in cat and xat.

- The Return on Investment proportion of the college is messed up right now
Fees and Financial Aid:
Tuition fees have remained same but each year there is some percentage increase in the hostel and mess fee. The complete course fee for our batch is going to cost around 17.7 lakhs.At College the placements packages are spread across a huge gamut ranging from 22 lakhs to 8 lakhs and depending on the capabilities of a student they can get the packages. Scholarships are there based on CAT scores for 4 lakhs and there is also merit scholarship for 50000 for each trimester for the top 5 students every trimester.

- You can't apply for leave or night out easily

Fees and Financial Aid:
It was a bit high but as per the industry, a good Mba cost you this kind of fee. However they are but flexible about their payment date. It have cost me 1600000 to complete my MBA including mess fee and accommodation. After completing the course we have good role in industry like investment banker and consulting.

Tution fee now is around 14 lacs excluding hostel and mess fees which charges around 4 lacs. Overall cost of education is around 18 lacs for the PGDM and varies with different cources offered in BIMTECH. Lots of scholarships are available for students'scoring good in entrance exams and performing exceptionally in class.

Does BIMTECH Noida provide an MBA in HR?
Yes, BIMTECH Noida does provide the PGDM course where you can take up HR as your preferred specialization which is equivalent to an MBA in HR. If you are looking for a specific course like PGDM - HR, then the institute does not provide that. BIMTECH Noida provides 4 PGDM courses –
- PGDM (any specialization can be taken up)
- PGDM - IB (International Business)
- PGDM - IBM (Insurance Business Management)
- PGDM - Retail
