BIM Trichy offers an AICTE approved two-year full-time residential flagship MBA Programme with specializations offered in Marketing, Finance, Systems and Human Resource Management.
Selection to BIM Trichy MBA course is done on the basis of the XAT/GMAT/CAT score. The expected CAT cutoff for BIM-Trichy MBA shortlisting is above 87 percentile. The candidates shortlisted in the XAT/CAT/GMAT exam will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. BIM Trichy MBA Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.
- Final Year Degree students may also apply, subject to completion of the degree requirements with a minimum of 50% marks by June 2024.
- Candidates with prior work experience are preferred but outstanding fresh Undergraduates are equally encouraged.
- The candidates will be shortlisted to BIM MBA 2024 on the basis of CAT 2023/ XAT 2024/ GMAT Scores.
BIM Trichy MBA Admission Criteria
Candidates seeking admission to BIM Trichy should appear for the CAT/ XAT/ GMAT conducted by
IIM. The selection process consists of following stages:
- Shortlisting of candidates based on CAT 2023/XAT 2024/GMAT scores
- Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion (GD) for shortlisted candidates.
Candidates will be shortlisted for the second stage mentioned above based on CAT 2023/ XAT 2024/ GMAT score of the applicants. The PI & GD will be conducted in selected cities.
- Academic performance of the candidate in 10th standard, 12th standard, qualifying degree and relevant work experience are the other components that are given weightage during the second stage of the selection process.
- The final selection for the MBA programme will be based on the performance of the candidate in all the above components like CAT/XAT/GMAT score, GD/PI performance and academic profile.

In case of DD, it should be drawn in favour of ‘Bharathidasan Institute of Management’ payable at Tiruchirappalli. Also enter the Demand Draft details while filling the form.
- Submit the application form.
- Print the application form and acknowledgement Slip for future correspondence.
