BIM Trichy Faculty

There are only 5 permanent faculties and are experienced in their own field. They keep the class engaging and the rest of the subjects are taken by visiting faculties and most of them have rich teaching experience alongwith great industry exposure. Out of 10 if I have to rate I would rate it to be 6.

we had totally 15 in house faculties and 20 external faculties. The quality of the external faculties was too good. The average age of the faculties was 50. Almost everybody had an MBA or PhD. Some of them are alumni of the same college. Finance professors were too good

The staff had good industrial experience before getting down to the teaching business, BIM has boasted of a strong Finance program and the faculties have been really good. The other senior staff are ex-alumni of BIM's early batches. They have seen BIM evolve through the years and are ensuring in upkeeping the standards year on year.

Faculty of college are inhouse bred and are from the same college. Mostly Phd., good learning. College will make you go way ahead with the theory. sound knowledge provided. Faculty with respect to operations major are not available as of now. otherwise no issue with respect to same.

All faculty are highly talented with rich industry experience 50% of them are permanent staff while the rest are visiting faculty from reputed and relevant organisations. Few are alumni of BIM, who strive hard for the sustained success of their alma mater.

Dr. Karuthiah PandianDr Karuthiah Pandian is a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officer, from a humble background, who served our country, state and society with exceptional integrity and efficiency during his 30 years career as a civil servant. During this tenure in public leadership and administration, he has led multiple government organizations and corporate institutions with notable success. He has served as Public Secretary, Secretary � Municipal Administration and Water Supply, Special Home Secretary, Collector and District Magistrate of Erode, Director of State Industries & Commerce and Commissioner of Tiruchirappalli City Municipal Corporation including corporate assignments such as Chairman REPCO Bank, Managing Director � Tamilnadu Water Supply and Drainage Board (TWAD) and Managing Director � Tamilnadu Medical Services Corporation.Prof. M.Sankaran B.Com MBA (BIM) || E-Mail: msankaran@bim.eduHe has 22 years of experience in academics, industry and administration. Outstanding, if we had complaints we had the liberty to provide feedback to the management to change faculty if they are not effective in their area of specialization.

I was lucky to get a good batch of faculty but got to say most of them have retired and I am not aware of the quality of the current set of professors.

Faculty good for first year, Visiting faculty are good at their specialized subject. I choose the institute for the curriculum, placement opportunities, faculty, etc

Very firm and very gentle detailed faculty. Inhouse faculty are good. Enternal are also good. The main advantage is only 120 students and mentored by the inhouse faculty.
