Gender issues is bad in the college if we talk about it is about 70:30. The lapse of present in the college with proper management and teacher criteria for sports is also available with the certain goods regarding the sports sometimes debates and other speeches took place according to the events.

The AITM university has excellent sports facilities for both indoor and outdoor games such as basketball, badminton, cricket. The university encourages students to participate in several ECA activities conducted in the college and even at state and country level. The management is in the process of coming up with a sports complex which will be very beneficial for the students. Also, the college can boast about its labs and committee rooms, which are fully air-conditioned as well as modernized. There are no biases or discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, etc. that the college encourages at any time.

An MBA is not only about gaining higher education; it instead focuses on the holistic development of an individual which can only be done through extracurricular activities which were very well taken care of by the College. We had access to everything that would help us groom our personalities and gain skills. There were multiple clubs for those who were skilled writers, dancers, debaters etc. The College even promoted and encouraged the students to open a club of their choice to develop particular skills within the students. Apart from these activities, the College paid attention to sports too. There were both indoor and outdoor sports ranging from carom to archery. The management also ensured that the student diversity is maintained in the College, and others are not dominating a particular sect.

Campus has small fine grass and flower, gender ratio was 3:10 for girls to boys and not of so many religions, lab was bad, sports was bill, zero competition and debates, no robotics
