Faculty of Management Sciences, Adani University Ahmedabad Course Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

AIIM Ahmedabad offers two years full time postgraduate specialised programme in Law and Infrastructure management. These programs are specially designed for candidates who are passionate about pursuing a career in infrastructure and law. 

AIIM Ahmedabad PGDM Eligibility

• Final year graduate students can also apply, provided they have to submit their final aggregate score CGPA/Percentage by certain date. (notified later)
• Candidates have to submit a certificate from the Principal of their institution certifying that they have obtained 50% marks based on latest available grades/marks. 
• Candidates should have valid CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT/ATMA score card (minimum 1 year of valid score). 
• Candidates can apply through CLAT for PGDM (Law) admissions. 
• Work experience is not compulsory for a candidate seeking admission to PGDM program, but it will have more priority in the selection process

AIIM Ahmedabad PGDM Selection Criteria

• The short-listing of candidates will be conducted by the admissions committee based on admission scores, extra curricular achievements and relevant work experience, if any. 
• Candidates will be called for Personal Interview to any one of the AIIM Campuses
• The schedule and exact locations for PI shall be intimated along with the announcement of shortlisting (either over email or at the website)
• Candidates have to report at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled slot of PI and register with Admission Representative at the interview location.
• If in case, the candidate cannot appear for PI due to unavoidable circumstances, he/she may request in writing to the Admission Committee for an alternate arrangement for interview, with reason of not able to appear. 
• The Admission Committee will take the decision on such situation and provide certain other arrangements for scheduling another interview. 
• Candidates must report with a set of original and one set of photocopies if their documents for verification and submission at the time of personal interview,

• Mark sheets and certificates of 10th, 12th and Graduation Semesters/ Years)
• Entrance Test Scorecard
• Experience certificate, if applicable
• Proof of salary (for last 3 months)
• Category certificate, if applicable 
• Certificates of Extra-curricular achievements
• Identity & Address proof

The weightages considered of different parameters for final selection into the AIIM Ahmedabad are given as the table below,

• A merit list will be made that shall have the list of candidates been offered and waitlisted for admission.
• All selected candidates should complete their admission process within the provided timeline as mentioned in Letter of Admission Offer. 
• All waitlisted Candidates will be offered admissions after the entire admission process, when the seats are found vacant due to non-acceptance of offers. Then they can secure their admission by following the provided details in their letter of admission offer. 
• All communications by the institute shall be done through the website/email. 
• Candidates need to access the website / registered email for the admission updates

AIIM Ahmedabad PGDM How to Apply?

Documents Required

Steps to Apply Online:

• Fill the Online Application form
• Enter all the details and create a login ID and password. 
• Enter into your account by using the same login ID and password, after verification of E-mail ID, login with the credentials generated. 
• Complete the registration.
• Upload scanned photograph, signature and enter the personal, academic and graduation (if required) details,
• Pay the application fee online
• The application fee for AIIM PGDM program is INR 1500. 
• Submit the application form.
• Print the application form and acknowledgement Slip for future correspondence.

Steps to Apply Offline:

• Candidate may collect the application form along with information brochure from the Admission Office, at AIIM Ahmedabad Campus, 
• The application fee (including brochure) for offline application form is INR 1500. 
• Fill in the application form and submit it either through the post or in person.
• The application fee of INR 1500 in cash directly at the admissions office
• Fill in with all the details mentioned in the application form containing academic, personal details and paste a passport size photograph in the application form. 
• Submit the application form offline at the AIIM Ahmedabad Admissions Office. 
• Keep the acknowledgement slip given back.

• AIIM Ahmedabad offers one year full time executive specialised programme in management. These programs are specially designed for working professionals who can pursue studying management without leaving their jobs. 
• It provides a platform as live business scenarios for the professionals where they learn leverage the co-participants’ diverse knowledge through discussions and case studies to become better decision makers.

AIIM Ahmedabad Executive MBA Eligibility

• Admissions can also be provided for applicants who are nominated professionals from their respective companies. 
• Self-Sponsored applicants can also apply for this program.
• Admission for this program is on a first come, first serve basis, hence applicants are requested to apply at appropriate given schedule of date and time. 

AIIM Ahmedabad Selection Criteria

• Shortlisted applicants will be intimated over email/website regarding the selection status. 
• Applicants will be invited for a Personal Interview or Telephonic conversation with a panel of faculty members.
• Once selected, applicants shall be sent a confirmation of admission to the programme.

• Fill the Online Application Form 
• Enter the required details to create a Login ID and password
• Login with ID and Password, and complete filling the application form
• Enter the personal, academic details and relevant work experience details.

• Upload the graduation certificate and experience certificate/NOC certificate
