College life of an introvert

Likes

Teachers and their teaching. They knew their jobs and were professional at it.
Classrooms and class design. The projectors helped with better explanation.
Canteen. Various option for food at the cafeteria at affordable prices.

Dislikes

No AC or proper lighting in the academy.
Toilets could be cleaner and could have better design.
Too many stairs to climb up. Too many stairs to climb up.

Admission:

I chose this college as i applied for colleges late and this college still accepted students. Apart from that i chose it because it had the course i felt interested in, it has bigger sports ground, it was only women's college and it had gym and it was a well known and reputed college.

My college offers a great learning environment with experienced faculty, modern infrastructure and excellent placement opportunities. The interactive teaching methods, well- equipped library and various student activities make learning enjoyable.
I love my college for its dynamic atmosphere , engaging lectures, and supportive faculty. The campus is vibrant with cultural events , sports and student club, modwrn facilities, interactive learning and career focusswd training make it amazingggggg
My college provides a perfect balance of academics and extra curricular activities. The well structured curve , industry exposure and hands on learning experience enhance skills. Friendly faculty, a well maintained campus and a strong placement celll

Dislikes

While my college offers great academics and facilities, some areas need some improvement . The strict attendance policy can be challenging and administrative processes are sometimes slow. More internship opportunities upgraded cafeteria optionsssssss
The workload can sometimes feel overwhelming and the facilities need improvement. More practical learning , industry visits and flexibility in rules would enhance the student experience and make learning more engaging it can be guided more in improve
The wifi is often slow,and the canteen menu lacks variety. More extracurricular activities, better internships support and smoother administrative projects would greatly enhance the overall student experience it should be more precisable, improvement

Other colleges had manyy things but on basis if wducation, comfort, feasibility this college was the best as it had so many records of placements and packagess from deloite, amazon etc.. every year there are 5 students selected from my course and are provided a well settled lufe

College, A happy Place

Likes

I liked the supportive lectures who always gives positive energy to students
I liked the infrastructure of the campus. The classes are free and bigger
College also conducts weekly programmes which makes relaxing to students apart from study

Dislikes

The Fee structure is little high.i wish college would reduce their fee
There is no lift to go to top floor , we have to walk by steps which makes us tired before even going to the classroom

I had no particular college to get graduate Indact I was searching for a good college for Arts so that as I found Villa Marie College which is a best college for arts for women in my place. And also some of my intermediate mates applied in this college with me which made me choose this particular college to study. Coming to the Admission they just conduct a small exam regarding to the course you gn have chosen to know how much are you aware of the course and why you choosing. Exam will be simple and basic questions related to the course you choose resulting that they will sugget you whether you have to choose this course or not. They'll ask your intrests in subjects and future goals and what you aim for being a role in future etc.

I chose Villa Marie for the stellar reputation it holds in the city and the years of experience the teachers have. While I applied to other colleges like St. Francis, Bhavan's, Loyola Academy, Christ University, and got into all of them, I chose Villa Marie for the calm and liberal environment of the college while still being a space to learn and connect.

Villa Marie: Not worth the hype

The faculty which was given to us initially when we joined the college. The faculty is very nice and very friendly. They make students feel at ease and help everyone accordingly.
The events that take place every month which engage students to get out their creativity and also to participate in various activities.
The activities that are conducted for the students to showcase their talents and also their skills and get opportunities based on them.

Dislikes

The infrastructure of the college is very bad. It is the worse. There are no proper classrooms that are maintained and no proper maintained chairs also which students sit on.
The washrooms are the worst. Being an all girls college, it must pay attention to the basic need which are washrooms and for basic mensural purposes, The washrooms are the worse and students avoid using them.

Admission:

The admission process of our college is not a task at all, You just walk in after the dates for admission are announced but be sure to come early and take your seat because it goes by first come first served method. You walk in and ask for a seat and you are easily given a seat based on the availability. You are asked to pay the deposit then and there and the seat is all yours. I chose this college because I wanted a subject where English literature is there and I could not find this subject in any other university or college so I opted for this one. Because I wanted to pursue my master's in Literature which I am currently from Osmania University of Arts and Sciences. I just applied to this college only and no other college because I could not find my desired course anywhere else.

The other side of College life.

Likes

Villa Marie Degree College is a very good college for women. It has a a great ambience and provide quality environment for students.
They conduct time to time activities for each subjects to enhance children skills and encourage them to participate
Most of the faculty is well knowledgeable and skilled in their work area

Dislikes

Though they have conducted activities they won't any different activities it also includes role play or presentations.
They only teach theoretical based knowledge and doesn't tell what's actually happening in the real world business or corporation.
The college is not upto the value of the money we are paying as fee. They don't provide internship s and they are hardly any placements.

Admission:

The admission process was quite easy. You should be an intermediate graduate to be eligible for the course. The process i quite simple, they should visit college take the admission form fill it out, provide the necessary documents with one-semester fee and the admission is done. I feel there should be an improvement in admission process. The faculty handling the admission process should be friendly and provide all the guidance for the students to make decisions. They should provide pros and cons about the college and courses and they should not lie about providing internships and 100% placement.

They frequently change the faculty for every few month's

There is no any exam for admission in this college, just we need to pay for the admission fee and we can submit our documents like our inter-memo and the dense memo. Then we will get the admission after discussing the fee. For the fee concession, based upon our financial situation or our merit, the score we have got in the previous years, we will get a concession of around 5000.

My college review - Villa Marie

Admission:

The admission process is quite simple. I went to the college and visited the admission department over there. There were so many people so we waited for a while in another room. After that we met them they explained about the college culture and the academic fee structure. They asked mine inter percentage. Though my inter percentage was 83 so I was eligible to get a seat in this college. They give seats based on the percentage of intermediate. So I got a seat. And they asked me which course I want,so I selected b.sc as I was interested in software engineering.

College experience-Villa Marie College for Women

Admission:

The college name was recommended by one of my friends and researched about the college and hugely there was a positive response about the college and then my parents decided to take admissions. when we went to the college we received a lot of respect from the staff. There were a lot of people applying for different courses and the admission ma'am had given a lot of information about the BSC course and fee structure she said the criteria is to get more than 60% in intermediate so, as I met all the criteria given by them. We decided to enroll in that course. We toured around the campus and the classes were neat and well managed by the organization.
