University College of Science was formally known as Government Science College which was established in the year 1940, later in the year 2009 the Government Science College was handed over to Tumsur University and was named University College of Science since then. The college offers various Under Graduate & Post Graduate programs in the field of science and technology to the students. 1. Collaboration with ISRO – University College of Science has collaboration with the ISRO Indian Space Research Organization and has set up a Remote Sensing centre in the college campus.
