Birjhora Mahavidyalaya, popularly known as Birjhora Science College, was established in 1986. The college is affiliated to Guwahati University and offers regular B.Sc. course in various specializations, along with PGD and certificate courses.

Birjhora Mahavidyalaya B.Sc Admission 2024

The undergraduate courses available to the students of Birjhora Mahavidyalaya are B.Sc. Major, B.Sc. General Course and B.Sc. Vocational Course in Information Technology in multiple specializations.

Birjhora Mahavidyalaya PGDCA Admission 2024

The college offers a Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) course in Computer Application. Candidates must have a graduate degree in the relevant subject with minimum qualifying marks to be eligible.

Application for admission into the course should be made through prescribed printed form. Therefore, students should collect the admission form and prospectus when the college advertises for the same generally during the month of May-June every year.

Admission is given on merit basis and in accordance with Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) and Guwahati University. Merit list will be prepared by the college’s academic council.

Birjhora Mahavidyalaya Application Process 2024

The application process for the courses is offline. The application forms along with the prospectus can be collected from the college office during office hours on working days. The duly filled forms should be submitted directly to the college.

Admission:

In our college, who scored more than 50% are eligible to get admission. They have to apply on samarth portal then a merit list will be provided, according to that we got admission. Addmission process is very simple and easy and our teachers also helped a lot in my time.

Admission:

This college provides online admission and there was mark based admission process. The students who passed from a recognized board are eligible for college. There are no reservations for students. The online admission process started last year.

Admission:

I've applied for the course in B.Sc. Major in Botany with the combining subjects Zoology and Chemistry. I had appeared in the merit list and so got admission in the college. The procedures for getting admission to the college are: 1) Firstly, there was a procedure of applying for the subjects to take admission. 2) Secondly, there was a instant verifying of the marks in the subjects scored during the previous exam in the previous institution. 3) Thirdly, these are all sort and a receipt for the admission is given with the total fee mentioned. 4) Lastly, you're asked to collect the college prospectus and pay the admission fee online.
