SIES College of Commerce and Economics has recently released the 2nd merit list for admission to its B.Com course. SIES College of Commerce and Economics offers the B.Com course in 4 specializations namely Financial Markets, General, Accounting & Finance, and Banking & Insurance. It is offered for a duration of 3 years.
SIES CE B.Com Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 of Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.
- 5% relaxation will be granted to reserved category candidates.

BMS is an integrated course offered at SIES CE for a duration of 3 years. It consists of 39 theory papers and 1 project.
SIES CE BMS Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 of Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.
- 5% relaxation will be granted to reserved category candidates. OR
- Must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Diploma in any Engineering examination of two or three years duration after the completion of SSC Board examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Technical Education Board or its Equivalent

B.Sc course at SIES CE is offered in Information Technology specialization for a duration of 3 years.
SIES CE B.Sc Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 of Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.
- 5% relaxation will be granted to reserved category candidates.
- Mathematics should be a compulsory subject in 10+2 OR
- Must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Diploma in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Technology/ Information Technology / Electrical, Electronics / Allied Branches of Engineering

SIES CE PG Eligibility Criteria
- For M.Com: Passed B.Com, BMS examinations of the University of Mumbai or any other equivalent University recognized by the U.G.C.
- For M.Sc.: Passed B.Sc. (IT) from the University of Mumbai or any recognized University with a minimum of 45% marks OR
- B.Sc. (Computer Sci.), B.Sc. (Maths), BE, B.Sc. (Statistics)with a minimum of 45% marks
SIES CE PG Selection Criteria
- Admission is done on the basis of the merit list released by the college through candidates’ marks in the qualifying examination.
- For M.Sc. (Data Science: Admission is done on the basis of an online entrance test followed by an interview process.
SIES CE Ph.D. Admission 2024
Ph.D. at SIES CE is offered in only one subject i.e. Business Policy & Administration for a minimum duration of 3 years.
SIES CE Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria
- A postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 55% aggregate marks in SET/NET.
SIES CE Ph.D. Selection Criteria
- Admission is done on the basis of SET/NET scores. Those who have not qualified for these examinations have to appear for PET entrance examination conducted by Mumbai University.

Online registration is compulsory as per the rules of the Government of Maharashtra. Follow the steps for application submission:

- Click on the “Admission” tab provided on the homepage.
- On the next window, find and click on the “Apply Now” button.
- You will be directed to the admission portal of the college.
- Fill up the Admission form by selecting the courses, academic year, etc.,
- Register yourself with your mobile number and email ID.
- Upload the required documents by clicking on the “Add Doc” button. The required documents for aided and unaided are given below.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
- Make the required registration fee payment.
- The printout of the application form with the relevant certificates should be submitted during the time of document verification.

The admission process was based on 12th marks and cut off at my time 2018 was around 86 in 1 St list for BMS and Got selected at 3rdlist. This was all about the general category but there are reservations for South Indian individuals like fir Malayalam, Telugu people, and also Tamil quota. The eligibility of a BMS course anywhere is that the student should get 60% in 12th and if they secured less then they are not eligible. For admission, the application form will be given at college with the prospectus with overall fees and dates in the prospectus itself. The only improvement I want to see is that they are very careless, they tell students to go from one counter to another for fees paid and no one is there for guiding parents or students at the time of admission which is bad.

I have applied many colleges in navi mumbai for admission but I want admission in SIES college only and luckily i got it.In my college yearly marks are changed because of the students scoring tough competition was there every year
Admission:
The admission process to too easy as it just requires basic information regarding the student and all the scanned documents. The process is done on the official website of the college and can inquire for any doubts to the college faculty anytime between 10 am to 3 pm. The teaching faculty can also be contacted at any time at their WhatsApp numbers that are provided by the WhatsApp group of the associated course. The overall experience with the college till the admission was good and didn't get any issues relating to it.
Admission:
Positive- my college is listed as under Mumbai's top 10 colleges. The faculties are excellent in evry courses and extremely helping for every aspect. As the college is a top list, the crowd is also very in a good environment. The college fests are fantasies and Disha and many are resulted in extracurricular activities overwhelmed. Negative- comparatively, the college campus is slightly petty as a result, it gives grievance to collect fests for well celebrate. Another thing is as the students are mostly toppers, they are not involved worthy.

The admission process was very smooth. And I heard that the faculties in my college were great. Also, there are minimum students in the BMS section. The teacher has known the students well in the 3 years of the course. there's no ragging in the college. The college is like a 2nd home to us now and we miss our college due to this pandemic.

I got my admission through my merit list. It's is very hard to take a admission because the cut-off of the college is to high. I remember I was very happy when I got the admission in this college. The teaching staff is too good and very helpful for student. The college have purifier water, AC, smart room, projector everything.
Remarks:
It is near my residence, it saves travelling time and good faculty members. Many of my friends have been exstudents of this college and they referred me. It's one of the top colleges for self finance courses.

According to percentage. this was the best clg I was elegible for and I chosed bcom so that I can concentrate on more things rather only on studies. sies was known for their over qualified teachers as all of them were phd holders, either CA. We had to fill an online form as well as submit an offline form. admission process took 5 days to complete.

Admission goes on the merit base for my admission I had to wait for almost 10 lists which came out because the capacity of the college is very vast. And the steps to get in admission are processed by the Mumbai university, so there’s no offline admission process unless the college opts for it
