Review of M.Tech(Integrated in IIPS)

Hostels are good. Depends on which hostel you are living in. For Boys you have RNTH, JCBH,JNBH hostels and for girls you have KNGH,NKNGH, PRBH,CVR,NCVR hostels. The out timings are 8:00 pm for weekdays and 8:30 pm for Sundays for the girls' Hostel. You can request late entry before 1 day 2 times a month. You are not required to inform the warden if you are going home, just write it down in the entry registers. Wardens here are either faculties or HOD of any department so please don't think of them as wardens of private hostels.

There are 3-4 boys hostel and an equal number of girls hostel. Quality varies from hostel to hostel. For boys, the RNT hostel is best with the largest rooms among all hostels and availability of canteen and cooperative mess.

Student Review of IIPS- DAVV (Indore) in course M.Tech(IT) form admission to placement.

The hostel facility was satisfactory. A room had 2 beds, tables, chairs, and shelves. Some newly constructed hostels had wardrobes. Hostels had Lan Connection/ wifi 24/7. Common Washrooms developed throughout the years with automatic washing machines and sanitary pads disposer. Though cleaning of rooms and washrooms were at lag sometimes. Meals were also good with specials on Sunday and no meal for Sunday evening. For breakfast in a mess, you have to pay them explicitly according to their charges but it was very affordable. The registration process and annual fee payment was tiring and still process through challan like there is no Online payment. you have wait to for staff to complete the requirements and they work like a typical lazy government employee. For example, the application was made for the return of caution money in the month of July and yet not have been refunded even in the month of October, the same goes for college caution money.

A little slice of iips

According to my, I have been to a private hostel but the government hostel is much better. Private hostels have better rooms but government hostel does not. The private hostel doesn't provide good quality food as I have eaten in my government hostel We have to get registered our self from the office and get the hostel alloted then we have to pay challan of 12000 plus some extra money as caution money. Our warden is very nice for us we get security but the water supply is not very well.

Hostel rooms are good enough,food is good enough to be managed also there are separate events for hostel students,so the hostel would be to a satisfactory level,I think 4 students share one room with one washroom

The university provides a hostel facility and there are 3 boys hostels and 5 girls hostels. And the fees include 22k to 24k without including mess charges. There are sharing rooms in which 2 students in one room, provided with the facilty of the garden, playground, and extra benefits. The hostels provide overall space for 2000 students to reside inside the campus.

One of the best institution

There are 3 hostels each for boys and girls. There is a single and a double sharing room in the hostels. The rooms were all furnished and well maintained. Many facilities were provided like gym, wifi, etc. The mess food was okay.

Good Experience

The college provides separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel was well facilitated with gym, indoor sports facilities, wifi, etc. The total fee cost Rs.22500 per year excluding the mess fee, the mess fee cost around Rs.1700 per month.

Memories to be made and things to be learned

Hostel facilities are good there are 5 hostels for girls 250 seaters each. And same for boys. The hostel campus is very vast. And security is very nice. But the inner condition of the hostel is very poor. Water facility is very bad. No clean water. Warden doesn't solve issues of the girls. Very old built walls and rooms. 2 seater rooms are there only. And 22500 is the yearly fees for living only. And the mess is different with 1700rs per month. But the food is not very good.
