The faculty at the college, referred to as Tips, are predominantly doctorate holders and are highly qualified with extensive teaching experience. The college operates a semester system with each semester running for six months, covering 6 to 8 subjects. The faculty-to-student ratio is favorable, facilitating interactive and supportive learning environments. While most faculty members are experienced, with many having a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, there is a noted issue with regularity and punctuality among some faculty members.

The courses include 4 exams per semester (3 internal and 1 end-semester), with exams generally being of moderate difficulty. The faculty are described as being helpful, supportive, and available for student consultations during and outside college hours, although there is criticism regarding the outdated teaching methods and limited practicality in instruction. Some faculty are noted to have industry experience, contributing to practical learning, while others lack this aspect. There are approximately 50-60 faculty members overall, with significant emphasis on PhD qualifications and UGC-NET qualifications among them.
