All India Jat Heroes’ Memorial College was established in the year 1944 and is located in Rohtak, Haryana. It is affiliated with Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak.

Jat College Application Process 2024
Application form along with prospectus to the under graduate and post graduate courses at AIJHMC can be obtained and submitted at the college office. The applications for the under graduate and postgraduate courses need to be submitted on or before July. 2021.
- Application forms and prospectus can be obtained from the college office.
- Candidate must also fill Parent-Teacher Association form, Student Society Registration form and Bus pass enclosed with the Prospectus.
- The application form needs to be accurately filled out and submitted or sent to the college office, along with the required documents.

Documents to be submitted with Application Form:
a) By those seeking Admission to the College for the first time:
- Attested Copy of the Original certificate of Matriculation / Higher Secondary Part I / Higher Secondary Part-II Examination, bearing proof of the date of birth.
- Attested Copy of the Detailed Marks Certificate of the last University / Board Examination passed.
- Original Copy of Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
- Two latest passport-size photographs.
- Migration Certificate in case of other Education Board than Haryana.
b) By Old Students:
- Signed copy of the last university exam passed by the applicant.
- Two latest passport-size photographs.
c) By students belonging to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Backward Classes: In addition to the documents mentioned in above points, the students belonging to the SC/ ST and OBC categories need to submit Caste Certificate, Income Certificate and Residence Certificate, which are signed and issued by the Circle Revenue Officer (Tehsildar / Naib Tehsildar-cum-Executive Magistrate) of the District / Sub Division to which the student belongs.
d) By students in case of Gap in Studies: In addition to the documents mentioned in the points above, as applicable, a student who had gap in their studies needs to submit documentary proof / affidavit as proof of the same.

Students who are meritorious or are economically weak are eligible for various scholarship and tuition concession program. Such candidates may receive half fee or full fee concessions. Students are required to apply for the scholarships / grants before the last date, which will be informed to the students upon commencement of classes. A maximum of 10% of the total strength of students studying at the college are eligible to apply for these scholarships / grants.
