Jat College Application Process 2024
Application form along with prospectus to the under graduate and post graduate courses at AIJHMC can be obtained and submitted at the college office. The applications for the under graduate and postgraduate courses need to be submitted on or before July. 2021.
- Application forms and prospectus can be obtained from the college office.
- Candidate must also fill Parent-Teacher Association form, Student Society Registration form and Bus pass enclosed with the Prospectus.

c) By students belonging to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Backward Classes: In addition to the documents mentioned in above points, the students belonging to the SC/ ST and OBC categories need to submit Caste Certificate, Income Certificate and Residence Certificate, which are signed and issued by the Circle Revenue Officer (Tehsildar / Naib Tehsildar-cum-Executive Magistrate) of the District / Sub Division to which the student belongs.
d) By students in case of Gap in Studies: In addition to the documents mentioned in the points above, as applicable, a student who had gap in their studies needs to submit documentary proof / affidavit as proof of the same.
